The pay range for this position is $63,097 to $69,594 annually depending on education and experience.

This position is located in Rutland, MA.

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:00, with occasional on-call rotation.

$1,000 Sign-on Bonus.

For many years, Devereux Massachusetts has primarily served students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders in residential and group home settings. Devereux’s new Medically Complex Program is designed to serve youth with complex medical needs who require 24-hour nursing care, and are therefore not able to safely reside in a home setting. Many youth in this program, although they have many strengths and abilities, do present with sensory impairments, Intellectual Disabilities, physical impairments, self-care skill deficits, or conditions that require use of medical equipment. We use an interdisciplinary team approach to meet the unique needs of each youth and we provide them with enriching, fun, and diverse opportunities to grow and learn. Our goal is to help each child in our care reach their full potential.

As The Clinical Care Manager, You Will

Provide direct clinical service to youth who have complex medical presentations.

Provide clinical leadership and consultation to direct care staff working in the program.

Serve as a liaison between program, families, agencies, attorneys, school districts, and other involved parties.

Act as an advocate on behalf of youth when working with insurance companies to ensure that youth receive the requited treatment and resources.

Be responsible for scheduling youth’s medical appointments and communicating post appointment follow up care to the program staff in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field required.

Minimum 1 year of experience providing direct treatment services to children required.

Must possess strong case conceptualization skills as well as knowledge and experience with Evidenced-Based Practices and other empirically supported assessments/treatments.

Current license or evidence that licensure is being actively worked towards required.

Ability to complete 2 weeks orientation training, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, in Rutland.
