BrainStim Centers, Inc., owned by neurosurgeon Dr. Mark Liker, conducts transcranial magnetic stimulation to help alleviate the discomfort of neural network dysfunctions such as brain injury, depression, anxiety, post-concussive syndrome, post-traumatic stress, and additional concerns. We serve patients referred through professional partnerships and are looking for a highly motivated professional to serve as a Client Case Manager.
This individual will play a key role in supporting clients and their patients through their treatment journey while coordinating primarily with the representatives who refer them to us. This essential role requires a steady, assertive professional with exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to navigate difficult conversations with grace, strong case management experience, meticulous attention to detail, and preferably experience working in healthcare or professional services. This is a predominantly remote role with occasional meetings or training in office and must be CA‑based.
Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate care between patients, clinical team, and referring professional representatives
Obtain and verify financial information from patients and their representatives
Navigate challenging conversations with diplomacy and persistence to secure necessary documentation
Manage time‑sensitive communications with professional representatives and their staff
Schedule patients and coordinate care
Thoughtful, precise, empathetic communication with patients, representatives, team, carers
Understand and communicate complex scientific and medical concepts clearly
Maintain warm, empathetic communication while holding firm boundaries
Create invoices and manage billing coordination
Handle documentation and records management processes
Advise management on optimization opportunities
Proficient with technology and software

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree (English, Education, Journalism, Political Science, Law, Science, etc.)
Minimum 5–7 years work experience in case management, client services, or similar role
Experience in high‑demand, client‑facing environments
Demonstrated success navigating challenging conversations and obtaining information
Russian and Spanish skills are highly desirable
Physical Requirements
Ability to work remotely with reliable internet connection
Occasional travel to office for meetings and training
Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work
