The core of this position is to maintain employee records for compliance purposes and work with a small team to ensure the overall office runs smoothly. This position is based in Santa Ana.
Responsibilities include:
Maintain logs and patient assignment list
Maintain an Administration Binder with all insurances, records, etc.
Supervise caregivers and complete performance appraisals at specified intervals
Utilize a point system to maintain office staff efficiency, fill open shifts promptly, assign caregivers appropriately, ensure quality care, and provide reports to upper management
Oversee office functions such as:
Quality Assurance
Inquiry calls
Assessments
Annual performance reviews for staff and caregivers
Participate in on-call rotation
Additional responsibilities:
Hire, train, supervise, and manage performance and discipline of all administrative and direct care employees
Collaborate with the CEO to develop marketing and sales strategies to grow our presence in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Orange counties
Qualifications:
At least one year of experience in the Home Care industry
Bilingual in Spanish
