Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and ethics
Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio
Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers to meet customer needs
Provide management with regular updates on customer needs and marketplace dynamics
Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support effective planning
Qualifications What is Required: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or High School diploma with relevant work experience (0-3 years for S1 level; 3+ years for S2 level)
Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans
Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to engage with healthcare professionals
Proven track record of success with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to reside within specified territory
Preferred Qualifications Background in sales, account management, or customer service
Experience analyzing metrics to evaluate progress toward goals
Cardiovascular sales experience with established relationships with cardiologists and endocrinologists
Proficient in using advanced analytics to generate customer insights
Demonstrates a proactive learning approach and an agile growth mindset
