What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies and ethics
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio
Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers to meet customer needs
Provide management with updates on customer needs and marketplace dynamics
Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools
What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor\'s degree or High School diploma with relevant work experience (0-3 years for S1; 3+ years or 6+ years for S2)
Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans
Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for engaging with healthcare professionals
Valid driver\'s license and ability to build strong customer relationships
Must reside in or near the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Background in sales, account management, or customer service
Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience
Established relationships with cardiologists and endocrinologists
Experience launching products in competitive markets
Proficient in advanced analytics to generate customer insights
