Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and standards

Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio

Conduct product sales discussions with healthcare providers to align customer needs with company offerings

Provide management with regular updates on customer needs and marketplace dynamics

Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support effective planning

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or High School diploma with relevant work experience (0-3 years for S1; 3+ years for S2)

Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans

Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for engagement with healthcare professionals

Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills

Valid driver’s license and ability to reside within specified territory distances

Preferred Qualifications

Background in sales, account management, or customer service

Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in cardiovascular sales

Experience launching products in competitive markets

Proficient in using advanced analytics for customer insights

Demonstrates a proactive learning approach and an agile growth mindset
