Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and ethics

Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio

Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers

Provide management with regular updates on customer needs and marketplace dynamics

Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools

Qualifications (What is Required)

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or High School diploma with relevant work experience

0-3 years of relevant work experience for S1 level; 3+ years for S2 level

Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans

Valid driver’s license

Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Background in sales, account management, or consultative roles

Cardiovascular sales experience with established relationships with specialists

Experience launching products in competitive markets

Proficient in using advanced analytics to generate customer insights

Demonstrates a proactive learning approach and agile growth mindset
