Chronic Care Specialty Sales Representative
Drive meaningful patient impact by leveraging our scientific expertise and serving as the primary contact for customers within your assigned territory. As a key member of the local Customer Team, collaborate closely with Account Executives, Integrated Delivery Systems leaders, and other field colleagues to deliver seamless, patient‑focused solutions.
Territory Assignment
Field‑based sales role covering the Dallas, Texas territory (including surrounding towns and suburbs).
Travel: 25% overnight travel expected to support client meetings and ensure comprehensive territory coverage.
Position Overview
Develop and manage relationships with specialty health care customers such as cardiologists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and office managers. Engage with diverse health care settings—physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics—to execute responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory‑level business plan in alignment with company policies, standards, and ethics.
Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio.
Conduct balanced and compliant product sales discussions with health care providers and business professionals, aligning customer needs with product offerings according to labeling.
Provide management with regular updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support effective planning and sales impact.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent high school diploma with 0–3 years of relevant experience (S1) or 3+ years of sales experience (S2).
Relevant experience in professional sales, marketing, military service, or healthcare/scientific fields such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices.
Strong analytical skills to develop strategic sales plans.
Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to engage healthcare professionals.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 25% of the time.
Residence within 25 miles of the Dallas metro area (or willingness to relocate).
Preferred Experience and Skills
Background in sales, account management, or consultative roles.
Experience analyzing metrics and evaluating progress toward goals.
Cardiovascular sales experience with established relationships with cardiologists and endocrinologists.
Experience launching products and succeeding in competitive markets.
Proficiency in advanced analytics to generate customer insights.
Agile growth mindset and proactive learning approach.
Compensation
S1: $77,700.00 – $122,300.00
S2: $104,200.00 – $163,900.00
