The Role
The Case Manager Supervisor leads and supports a team of Case Managers serving participants in the Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) program. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role ensures high-quality, trauma-informed services that help clients secure and sustain permanent housing while connecting to vital health, education, and community resources.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor Case Managers; conduct regular team and 1:1 meetings
Oversee case plans, intakes, and service documentation in the One System
Review client progress, ensure compliance with policies, and support grievance processes
Track appointments, ensure follow-through, and maintain resource partnerships
Lead data reporting, incident tracking, and communication with leadership
Qualifications
2+ years of supervisory experience and 2+ years in case management (40+ caseloads)
Experience working with diverse homeless populations in San Francisco
Strong leadership, communication, and crisis-management skills
BA/BS in Human or Social Services preferred; familiarity with the EHV program a plus
