Responsibilities
Perform all duties of a case manager, including counseling, case record management, intake assessment, discharge preparation, aftercare services, security, resource management, and facility maintenance.
Supervise Case Manager staff and oversee staff response to all shift problems and emergency incidents.
Review client paperwork, files and compliance, and provide feedback to the program director.
Assist the program director in developing, leading, and supervising client group meetings, program services, and counseling sessions.
Monitor and evaluate group activities and staff performance, including necessary training.
Supervise urine collections, telephone spot checks, employment and home site visits of clients.
Maintain compliance with Agency policies, program procedures, and safety standards.
Serve as program director in their absence and participate in on‑call duty officer rotation.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Schedule
Monday/Tuesday/Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Wednesday/Thursday 1:00 am – 9:00 pm.
Salary
$58,187.70

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a social science field and two years’ experience in case management (or equivalent education/experience).
One year of experience in staff management or three years of case management experience.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build collaborations with community agencies.
Previous assessment experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
