Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Case Manager Supervisor located in Providence, RI. The Case Manager Supervisor will oversee a team of case managers, ensuring the provision of high‑quality care and support to elderly clients and long‑term services support. The role involves coordinating and facilitating case management services, developing care plans, and monitoring client progress. The Case Manager Supervisor will also be responsible for staff training, performance evaluations, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
