About the Position
Case Manager, RN at Senior Helpers.
Base pay range: $66.00/hr - $66.00/hr.
ATC Healthcare is looking for Registered Nurses to work with healthcare professionals to treat patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. The Registered Nurse, or RN, is responsible for working with other healthcare professionals to help treat patients with various injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.
Requirements
Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse program of study.
Current and unencumbered license in the state of practice.
BLS and WA RN or Compact License required, CCM or ACM preferred.
At least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
Background screening as required by the state or contract.
Drug screening as required by the contract.
Ability to read medical equipment and documents; may require pushing carts and handling equipment.
Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds; walk up and down stairs; position patients; walk long distances; stand for prolonged periods.
CPR as required by client facility; health and screening tests as required by specific facilities and/or regulatory agencies.
Responsibilities
Comply with ATC Healthcare Services policies and procedures.
Provide general care services, including assessment, analysis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Assess healthcare needs of patients and develop individualized nursing and health care plans.
Perform health screenings of patients or clients.
Respond to emergency healthcare needs of patients.
Collect and record data specific to the health status of patients or clients.
Administer medications/treatments as prescribed by medical practitioners.
Perform other duties as assigned; responsibilities may vary depending on department of assignment (e.g., Emergency Room/Clinic, advisory to non‑medical administrator, infection control, nurse/health education development, quality assurance, nurse anesthetist).
Maintain confidentiality related to patient, family, client facility, and staff in accordance with HIPAA.
Comply with accepted ethical conduct and professional standards of nursing practice as set forth by the American Nurses Association or equivalent nursing organization.
Provide patient care in a non‑judgmental, non‑discriminatory manner that considers cultural diversity and age appropriateness.
