POSITION: Paralegal / Case Manager

GROWTH PATH: You can be promoted to a Higher Level Case Manager/Paralegal or a Department Manager.
REQUIREMENTS: You MUST have at least 2 years of experience working as a case manager or paralegal in a personal injury law firm. Spanish is a HUGE plus, but not a requirement.

YOUR DUTIES: You will be responsible for the case from beginning to end. Your duties include the following:
- Having regular file review meetings.
- Doing a comprehensive client intakes.
- Making Claims with Insurance
- Getting evidence (videos, witness statements, TCRs) to prove liability
- Preparing Preservation of Evidence and other letters.
- Reading Police Reports and evidence to identify potential liability issues.
- Managing your Client’s medical treatment.
- Regularly speaking with your clients.
- Keeping an accurate record of the client’s treatment progression.
- Reviewing medical records.
- Preparing demand letters for attorney review.
- Creating A.I. Based Medical Chronologies for use in demand letters.
- Communicating with adjustors.
- Recording conversations in the Conversation Log.
- Managing the Litigation Calendar
- Coordinating and scheduling Depositions, mediations, hearings, etc...)
