POSITION: Paralegal / Case Manager

GROWTH PATH: You can be promoted to a Higher Level Case Manager/Paralegal or a Department Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:  You MUST have at least 2 years of experience working as a case manager or paralegal in a personal injury law firm. Spanish is a HUGE plus, but not a requirement.

YOUR DUTIES:  You will be responsible for the case from beginning to end. Your duties include the following:

  • Having regular file review meetings.
  • Doing a comprehensive client intakes.
  • Making Claims with Insurance
  • Getting evidence (videos, witness statements, TCRs) to prove liability
  • Preparing Preservation of Evidence and other letters.
  • Reading Police Reports and evidence to identify potential liability issues.
  • Managing your Client’s medical treatment.
  • Regularly speaking with your clients.
  • Keeping an accurate record of the client’s treatment progression.
  • Reviewing medical records.
  • Preparing demand letters for attorney review.
  • Creating A.I. Based Medical Chronologies for use in demand letters.
  • Communicating with adjustors.
  • Recording conversations in the Conversation Log.
  • Managing the Litigation Calendar
  • Coordinating and scheduling Depositions, mediations, hearings, etc...)
