This role is ideal for someone who can connect with patients, present care plans confidently, and support a smooth and caring patient experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Present care plans and financial options to new and existing patients
• Confidently explain services, wellness packages, and payment plans
• Guide patients through their treatment process and answer questions
• Follow up with patients to ensure continuity of care and appointment compliance
• Work closely with providers and support staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Contribute to a positive, patient-focused environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience required (healthcare or service industry preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to discuss treatment plans and financials with confidence and professionalism
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, wellness-focused environment
• Case management, customer service, or health care experience is a plus
