Position Summary:

Our growing healthcare organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Case Manager for a behavioral health program specializing in the treatment of adults with autism and ADHD. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating client care and managing daily program operations.

Responsibilities:

Case Management

• Coordinate care for clients receiving behavioral health services, including scheduling sessions and ensuring timely access to services.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and collaborate with the care team to adjust plans as needed.
• Provide education and resources to clients and their families on behavioral health conditions and available services.
• Ensure documentation is current and complete.
• Make community referrals as appropriate.
• Respond to inquiries from potential new clients.
• Verify insurance and eligibility for various forms of payment.
• Conduct tours of the facility for prospective clients.
• Assist with program accreditation.
• Respond to inquiries from insurance companies and referral sources.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Qualifications:

• Associate or license as a Marriage and Family Therapist, or Clinical Social Worker.
• Experience and knowledge in working with autistic individuals.
• Clear understanding of therapeutic approaches and treatment options.
• Thorough knowledge of healthcare regulations and the insurance reimbursement process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, providers, and support staff.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and common computer programs.
