Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Case Manager IV/Group Therapy position coordinates and monitors the social and psychotherapeutic services provided to patients and their families. The role includes performing psychosocial assessments, preparing after-care plans, providing group therapy as assigned by the program manager, assisting in program development and implementation, and acting as a clinical supervisor to other case managers, group therapists, and social services interns/trainees.
The position serves a variety of age populations including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients, and requires an understanding of functional and developmental age differences.
We offer a $5,000 sign‑on bonus for qualified new hires. Current employees are ineligible.
Job Requirements
Master's Degree in Mental Health.
Licensed through the Board of Behavioral Sciences as one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Psychologist (California Board of Psychology).
Current BLS Card.
Preferred Experience
One or more years of experience in an inpatient psychiatric hospital.

St. Joseph's Behavioral Health Center, a member of Dignity Health, located in Stockton, CA. The facility offers a 35‑bed inpatient hospital, day treatment, and outpatient services.
