Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required; preferred in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or related field.
At least two (2) years of customer service or case management experience; experience with law, social work, detention, corrections, or multicultural clients preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Valid driver’s license and ability to perform home visits.
Ability to pass a federal background check and obtain suitability clearance.
U.S. citizenship and residency in the U.S. for at least 3 of the last 5 years.
Effective communication skills, report writing, and ability to interpret rules and instructions.
Sound judgment, stress management, tactfulness, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of immigration laws and computer skills.
Working Conditions
Office environment with some local travel.
Use of standard office equipment.
Physical ability to perform home visits and install monitoring equipment.
Responsibilities
Manage case files and develop individual service plans for ISAP participants, conduct intake interviews, install electronic monitoring, coordinate community resources, and ensure compliance with program requirements. Conduct home visits, provide emergency counseling, and maintain relationships with translation resources. Perform other duties as assigned.
