The Case Manager III coordinates and monitors social and psychotherapeutic services for patients and families. Responsibilities include performing psychosocial assessments, preparing after-care plans, and providing group therapy as assigned by the program manager. The role involves assisting in program development, implementation, and monitoring, and mentoring other case managers, group therapists, interns, and trainees.
This position serves diverse age groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, demonstrating understanding of developmental stages. Competence with dialectical behavioral therapy is required. The employee must actively support the organization’s mission, demonstrate core values, and align with strategic plans and performance improvement goals.
Qualifications
Minimum of one year of experience in an inpatient psychiatric hospital preferred.
Master's Degree in Mental Health required, with registration or eligibility with BBSE.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
