What You Will Do To Change Lives
Under direct supervision, serves as a primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness and other co-occurring disorders by assisting them to live as independently as possible in their chosen community.

Shifts Available
Full‑Time | Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Starting wage range: $28.27 – $34.54 per hour, commensurate with experience.

What You Bring To The Table (Must Have)

High School Graduation or G.E.D. equivalent and at least three (3) years of direct services in mental health or community services; OR Associate’s degree and two (2) years of experience; OR Bachelor’s degree in Social Services

At least 1 year of direct service experience providing assistance as a Housing Specialist

Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as driver

Willingness to use personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments, groups, meetings, etc.
