Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
Experience: Two (2) years experience in case management, experience working with the homeless preferred.
Additional Requirements: Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work occasional flexible hours as requested. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with valid insurance. Willing to work with formerly homeless individuals and/or families with disabilities (physical, mental and/or substance abuse).
