A case manager would work directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families to help access and maintain services. The job would involve doing visits with the individuals, managing paperwork, finding community resources, make referrals, etc. This job does involve flexible hours, the ability to work from home for part of your job and is incredibly rewarding. Training will be provided. You will be eligible to participate in employee/employer shared benefits package, have paid time off and eligible for retirement. A bachelor's degree is required in a human service or related field. This position will be a part time position but will have the possibility of becoming full time in the future.
