Base pay range
$21.00/hr - $24.00/hr
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with a dedicated team to design and implement personalized, engaging programs.
Support participants in setting and reaching their goals—celebrating every milestone along the way.
Keep operations running smoothly by managing documentation, scheduling, and assisting instructors.
Advocate for the safety, rights, and well-being of every participant.
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of 2+ years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.
Associate degree in a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Excellent communication, organizational, and tech-savvy skills.
Current First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Valid driver’s license, TB skin test, and ability to pass background check.
Must pass typing assessment 40 WPM.
Comfort and willingness to assist with hygiene and personal care tasks.
