We are a co-ed, residential reentry center that helps ex-offenders successfully reenter society. Riverside House exists to guide men and women convicted of crime into becoming productive citizens through a nondenominational, faith-based approach.

Riverside Christian Ministries is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to provide individualized and group support to residents as they work toward successful reintegration into the community. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping others achieve personal, educational, and social growth within a structured, faith-based environment.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday
3 Days Work from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
2 Days Work from 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and counseling to residents on personal, social, and educational matters.
- Plan and direct orientation and integration programs for new residents.
- Facilitate bi-weekly client meetings and maintain regular communication with referring agencies.
- Prepare all required documentation, including reports, summaries, and pass requests.
- Conduct investigations into resident concerns and promote positive resolution.
- Support training and onboarding of new case managers through the development and delivery of training programs.
- Ensure compliance with FBOP, PREA, ACA, and agency-specific standards.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral or Social Sciences (experience may substitute year-for-year).
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, effective problem-solving, and computer proficiency (Word, Excel, databases).
- Experience: Prior case management or social services experience preferred.
- Other: Bilingual (English and Spanish)Preferred
