Overview We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Case Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is based in East Hanover, NJ .
Job Description Compensation: $25–$32/hr to start
Duration: 12-month assignment with potential extension based on performance and budget
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm (Hybrid)
Onsite training for 4–6 weeks, then only onsite for one week per month required
Key Responsibilities Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on assigned programs, managing patient cases across multiple communication channels (phone, chat, email, etc.) while navigating insurance coverage and financial assistance programs with professionalism and compliance.
Follow established protocols, call guides, and service standards (SLAs, KPIs) to ensure accurate case processing, thorough documentation, and timely follow-up—leveraging dual monitors and CRM tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, respond promptly to internal tasks and notifications, escalate complex issues as needed, and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and patient support outcomes.
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED — Required
3+ years of experience in patient service support — Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — Required
Experience with data entry , CRM platforms , or case management systems — Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) — Preferred
