Reliance Solutions is currently seeking a dependable individual with a strong work ethic to fill a full-time, permanent case manager position. The case manager is responsible for building client relationships and confidently guiding them through our process.
As a case manager, your responsibilities will be:
路 Communicate clearly and concisely with clients to ensure confidence, comfort and trust.
路 Multitask incoming emails and phone calls on a daily basis.
路 Record client information within our database.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proficient in typing.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
1-2 years Customer Service experience preferred.
Must be organized and able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 per hour
