JOB DESCRIPTION
Pilsen Wellness Center, Inc. is a community-based not-for-profit agency that provides culturally sensitive services to a multicultural population with limited financial resources. The organization’s mission has remained providing quality human services to economically disadvantaged children and families. The agency is comprised of five divisions—Mental Health, Substance Abuse, Youth Services, Early Intervention, and Education—which are currently supported through 17 different locations.
WORK SCHEDULE
The work schedule available is: Tuesday & Friday: 2pm‑8pm and Wednesday & Thursday 12‑8pm.
POSITION SUMMARY
FEPP is a specialized treatment approach that helps individuals who are between the ages of 14 to 40 and who have had a treated or untreated psychotic illness for no more than 18 months. The Case Manager assists the client with accessing community resources, coordination and linkage to services, and developing the skills necessary to increase independence and functioning in the community. The Case Manager also assists the client with educational needs.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
High School Diploma or GED. 3‑5 years of administrative and clerical assistance experience. Individual with an Associate’s degree is preferred, but not required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Must possess good verbal/written communication skills in both English and Spanish to converse and correspond with participants, staff, family members, and others as needed.
COMPENSATION
$21 USD per hour
