Job Overview

Base Pay Range
$16.90/hr - $21.20/hr

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Resident Care

Review, read, notate, and initial Daily Log.

Participate in development of ISPs and monthly updates.

Monitor and document residents’ condition changes.

Respond promptly to call bells and reset as needed.

Assist with continence management and maintain sanitation.

Engage residents in life skills, activities, and reminiscence.

Maintain safety, cleanliness, and positive environment.

Risk Management and General Safety

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Practice PPE, fire, lockout/tagout, and spill procedures.

Report accidents, unsafe conditions, and hazardous exposures.

Maintain safe storage and monitoring of oxygen tanks.

Housekeeping and Laundry Services

Maintain resident rooms and common areas with cleanliness.

Wash and fold linens, napkins, and laundry as needed.

Complete assigned housekeeping tasks.

Dining Service

Serve meals and promote pleasant dining experience.

Assist with pre‑meal meetings and dining room setup.

Follow residents’ diets and document changes.

Provide room service delivery and practice safe food handling.

Training and Team Success

Participate as a team member and commit to team goals.

Demonstrate principles of service and team engagement.

Attend regular training and maintain training compliance.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience And Qualifications

High School diploma/GED accepted.

CPR Certificate and First Aid as required.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Desire to serve and care for seniors.

Ability to act in residents’ best interest.

All team members who drive a Sunrise vehicle must sign the Driver job description and understand the key essential duties for safety and regulatory compliance.
