Job Overview
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Care Manager/Designated Care Manager to provide high quality care in assisted living, long-term care, and reminiscence neighborhoods.
Base Pay Range
$15.70/hr – $19.65/hr
Responsibilities
Document and review resident care in daily logs and ISP updates.
Provide hands‑on physical and emotional support as outlined in individualized service plans.
Maintain safe and comfortable home‑like environment and observe resident safety.
Respond to security system and resident call bells promptly; manage continence and hygiene procedures.
Lead and participate in daily resident activities, life skills, and reminiscence programs.
Partner with community team on risk management, safety, and infection control procedures.
Perform housekeeping, laundry, and dining service tasks as assigned.
Communicate with families, residents, and team members in a professional manner.
Qualifications and Experience
High School diploma/GED; CPR certificate and First Aid required.
Minimum 18 years of age.
Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
Desire to serve and care for seniors; ability to act in resident’s best interest.
Valid driver’s license if required for community vehicles (subject to policy).
