Overview Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to join the team at our clinic in Dumbo. Care Coordinators are responsible for supporting patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued while also helping manage the flow of appointments.
Responsibilities Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours.
Guide patients through the out-of-network experience and greet all patients who enter the clinic with a smile.
Execute 5-star customer service and contribute to a collaborative, community-oriented environment.
Support patient care by ensuring a positive patient experience and effective appointment flow.
Qualifications Previous customer service experience
Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow
BA/BS degree preferred, not required
