Pay: $19.50 - $25 / per hour based on experience - must have CRT experience to get the top end

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description:

Addison Group is seeking a detail-oriented Care Coordinator to join our client’s team. This full-time, contract-to-hire position offers an excellent entry into a dynamic healthcare environment with significant growth potential.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Data Management: Collect and maintain up-to-date patient information, including demographics, insurance details, and healthcare provider contacts.
  • Patient Tracking: Accurately log and monitor patient data, using tracking systems to ensure thorough follow-up with healthcare providers, billing, and internal departments.
  • Scheduling Coordination: Manage and coordinate schedules and paperwork across departments to ensure efficient operations.
  • File Management: Process and organize documents, retrieving and distributing files as needed while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide support via phone, greet customers, and verify receipt of client orders and documents.
  • Cross-Department Support: Assist additional departments as needed, ensuring smooth operations and a positive client experience.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience with durable medical equipment (DME) required, intake or insurance processes, and collecting patient demographics.
  • Skills: Strong administrative skills, customer service experience, and computer proficiency (comfortable using G-Suite, Google Workspace, and Adobe).
