Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description:
Addison Group is seeking a detail-oriented Care Coordinator to join our clients team. This full-time, contract-to-hire position offers an excellent entry into a dynamic healthcare environment with significant growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Data Management: Collect and maintain up-to-date patient information, including demographics, insurance details, and healthcare provider contacts.
- Patient Tracking: Accurately log and monitor patient data, using tracking systems to ensure thorough follow-up with healthcare providers, billing, and internal departments.
- Scheduling Coordination: Manage and coordinate schedules and paperwork across departments to ensure efficient operations.
- File Management: Process and organize documents, retrieving and distributing files as needed while maintaining confidentiality.
- Customer Interaction: Provide support via phone, greet customers, and verify receipt of client orders and documents.
- Cross-Department Support: Assist additional departments as needed, ensuring smooth operations and a positive client experience.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Experience: Previous experience with durable medical equipment (DME), intake or insurance processes, and collecting patient demographics.
- Skills: Strong administrative skills, customer service experience, and computer proficiency (comfortable using G-Suite, Google Workspace, and Adobe).
