Overview Cardiologist Needed for Remote 1099 Utilization Review Work at Medical Review Institute of America (MRIoA).
What You’ll Do Provide expert utilization reviews as a Board-Certified Cardiologist.
Flexible, remote opportunity requiring about 1–2 hours per week.
Contribute to technology-driven utilization management and clinical medical review solutions.
What You’ll Need MD or DO, Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Cardiovascular Disease
Unrestricted MINNESOTA or INDIANA Medical License Required (or current approval from the IMLC)
Strong computer and online navigation skills
U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder (Visa sponsorship not available)

Remote, work-from-home position—anywhere in the U.S. within regulatory constraints
Covered by MRIoA’s Errors and Omissions policy (not traditional malpractice insurance)
Background and drug screenings are required prior to contracting
