What You'll Do:

As a Behavioral Health RN, you'll be a trusted presence in the lives of patients facing emotional, psychological, or psychiatric challenges. You'll:

  • Manage a caseload of patients with empathy and clinical excellence
  • Create and evolve care plans based on real-time assessments
  • Provide in-home care focused on both mental health and whole-person wellness
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, social workers, and care teams
  • Offer emotional and educational support to patients, families, and caregivers
  • Guide end-of-life discussions and provide bereavement support when needed
  • Coach and mentor peers in behavioral health best practices

What You Bring:

  • Active, unrestricted RN license (state-specific)
  • 1+ year of clinical nursing experience (Behavioral Health or Home Health preferred)
  • A passion for behavioral wellness and human-centered care
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
  • Willingness to travel locally (up to 50%)
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Familiarity with Homecare HomeBase EMR
