This position provides behavioral health clinical intervention and recovery services to assigned clients, manages a psychiatric caseload for adults, juveniles, and children, evaluates patients in multiple facilities, performs psychotherapeutic counseling, provides outreach, and emergency services and counseling in crisis situations, and performs related duties as assigned.
The purpose of the Quality Improvement Clinician role is to provide clinical knowledge and expertise to a variety of federally and state mandated processes including developing program staff and contract provider trainings, developing and implementing departmental Behavioral Health policies and procedures, assisting with audit preparation and getting into compliance with new regulations.
