Location
Virtual (Full-time). Associates work remotely with required in-person training sessions.
Shift
Monday‑Friday. 3 days daytime hours, 2 days 10:30 AM–7:00 PM MST.
Responsibilities
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Carry a caseload of adult and adolescent members with behavioral health (BH), eating disorder (ED), and substance use disorder (SUD) needs.
Make daily outbound calls to enroll members from a queue and keep them engaged.
Take inbound calls from members to assist with needs/resources or return outbound calls.
Use appropriate screening criteria and clinical judgment to assess member needs.
Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and develop care plans.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and modify them as needed.
Support member access to quality, cost‑effective care.
Coordinate with internal and external resources to meet identified member needs and collaborate with providers.
Minimum Requirements
MA/MS in social work, counseling, or a related behavioral health field or a degree in nursing, with a minimum of 3 years clinical experience in social work counseling covering complex psychiatric and substance abuse treatment; or equivalent education and experience.
Current active unrestricted license (RN, LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, or Clinical Psychologist) as required by applicable state laws.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences
Experience in case management and telephonic or in‑person coaching with members having complex psychiatric, substance abuse, and/or medical disorders.
Salary
For candidates working virtually, the salary range is $65,772 to $112,752.
