Job Description Masters-level, licensed or license-eligible (LICSW, LCMHC, MLADC, LADC) candidate needed to fill the full-time clinical position. A master's degree must be in social work, mental health counseling, or a related field. Experience with co-occurring disorders/substance use disorders is a plus but not required. The candidate will provide in-person community and home-based treatment to clients 18 years and older, including mental health counseling, community-integrated therapy interventions, and case management (linkage to/consultation with community resources). On-site training and licensure supervision are provided, making the position accessible for newcomers as well as experienced professionals. This position requires in-person work in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Requirements 60-credit master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or a related field, including an internship
Must be licensed or license-eligible in the state of NH (LICSW, LCMHC, MLADC, LADC)
Knowledge of the mental health and substance use fields
Strong sense of teamwork
Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and a clean driving record
Self-Starter, Independent
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Compassion for and a desire to work with individuals seeking mental health services

Key Responsibilities Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide evidence-based practices to clients in the community and their homes
Attend daily treatment team meetings
Timely completion of assessments and documentation (e.g., progress notes, treatment plans, targeted case management plans, eligibilities)
Manage a caseload of roughly 12-16 clients
Emergency room mental health assessments and triage
Provide five weeks of after-hours on-call crisis services per year
Education and Licensure Master's degree in social work or mental health counseling or related field eligible for licensure as LICSW or LCMHC in NH
Licensure or licensure eligibility in NH (LICSW, LCMHC, MLADC, LADC)
