Example Schedule: Monday 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM; Tuesday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Wednesday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Thursday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Friday 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM. There is some flexibility, with preferences for occasional evenings. You will be on-site at the location listed below and may have remote Fridays if desired.

About The Role
We know clinicians are the backbone of our company. The collaborative care model partners the patient, their family, pediatrician, and a psychiatric consultant to target mental health concerns in the primary care setting. As part of our collaborative care team, you will be an integral member of an integrated multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care for children, adolescents and their families. You will support and coordinate care for a caseload with the primary care provider, consulting psychiatrist, and other mental health providers and educational professionals. You will build relationships with primary care providers, facilitate referrals, provide 1:1 brief psychosocial interventions and coaching, and track symptoms and progress with validated measures. The behavioral healthcare manager works with the collaborative care team to create personalized, holistic treatment plans. Training is provided by the AIMS Center at the University of Washington. We are a growing healthcare startup focused on broadening access to care.
In This Role, You Will
Screen and assess patients for common mental health disorders, facilitate engagement and follow-up care.
Provide patient education about disorders and treatment options.
Systematically track treatment response and monitor clinical symptoms and side effects.
Support psychotropic medication management as prescribed, focusing on adherence, side effects, and effectiveness.
Provide brief behavioral interventions using evidence-based techniques (e.g., problem-solving treatment, motivational interviewing, behavioral activation).
Identify resources and coordinate referrals to community resources when appropriate.
Participate in regular caseload consultation with the psychiatric consultant and communicate recommendations to the medical provider.
Collaborate with the team to provide personalized treatment plans for every child and their family.
Communicate with the family to drive the treatment plan forward.
Track patient follow-up and outcomes using a registry and document progress in the electronic health record.
Develop and complete relapse prevention/self-management plans for patients nearing discharge.
Participate in individual supervision with a psychologist to support success.
Expand clinical skills through the AIMS Center and ongoing training and education opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or advanced practice psychiatric practitioner (NP) licensed to practice independently.
Minimum 1-year of direct clinical experience working with children, adolescents and their families (ages 4-24).
Experience and training in delivering brief psychosocial evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, problem solving treatment, behavioral activation, motivational interviewing).
Experience with care coordination and teamwork in a healthcare setting.
Strong skills in engaging parents and children, developing treatment plans, and collaborating within a team.
Experience using measurement-based care tools (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7, SCARED).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desire to learn from top child mental health experts in the field.
