Responsibilities

Checks in all participants entering the facility.

Completes drug screens according to assigned random schedule and documents results within GEOTrack.

Performs breath analysis on each participant entering the facility and documents results within GEOTrack/Company database.

Completes initial “Starting Point” process with participants, including paperwork, database input, and service assignments.

Provides general office administration duties, including answering phones and customer service.

Assists all RSC staff with case coordination, communication with official agencies, and report preparation.

Manages participant caseload, conducts risk/need assessments, and creates individual treatment plans.

Facilitates evidence-based CBT programs and other life skills programs in groups each week.

Develops and monitors participants’ progress relative to their Behavior Change Plan/Parole Board Orders.

Files, prepares charts, and performs data entry as assigned.

Responsible for office opening and closing procedures.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Twenty-one (21) years of age with good customer service skills.

College coursework in Human Services or Business discipline preferred.

Minimum 6 months experience in Human Services field with direct participant services preferred.

Minimum 6 months experience working with under‑served populations preferred.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Solid computer skills and proficiency with MS Word and Excel; basic database and math skills.

Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish) skills may be required.

Effective communication with participants, program staff, corporate management, and agency personnel.

Ability to work with public officials.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Ability to work in individual and group counseling settings.

Team collaboration and implementation of team strategy approaches.

Proficiency with necessary departmental software.
