Responsibilities
Summary

Checks‑in all participants entering the facility. Complete drug screens according to the assigned random schedule and document results within GEOTrack.

Performs breath analysis on each participant who enters the facility for any purpose, provides a written or computerized result, and documents it within GEOTrack/Company database.

Completes initial “Starting Point” process with participants to completion, including paperwork, input into the Company database, and assignment of groups and other services.

Provides general office administration duties, including answering phones and general customer service to all who enter the facility, participants, customers, and the general public.

Assists all RSC staff with case coordination, communication with appropriate official agencies, and preparation and distribution of reports.

Assists in managing a participant caseload using the Principles of Effective Intervention. Conducts risk/need assessments and creates individual treatment plans for each assigned participant. Meets regularly with participants and documents their progress or regress in GEOTrack/Company database.

Facilitates evidence‑based CBT programs and other life skills programs to participants in groups each week, documenting attendance, participation, and progress in GEOTrack/Company database.

Develops and monitors the participant’s progress relative to their Behavior Change Plan/Parole Board Orders through all phrases of the program.

Files, prepares charts, and performs data entry as assigned.

Responsible for office opening and closing procedures as directed by Supervisor.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

A high school diploma or its equivalent.

College coursework in Human Services or Business discipline preferred.

Minimum of six months experience in the Human Services field with direct participant services preferred.

Minimum of six months experience working with under‑served populations preferred.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Solid computer skills and proficiency with MS Word and Excel. Basic database and math skills.

Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish) skills may be required.

Effectively communicate with participants, program staff, corporate management, and agency personnel. Ability to work with public officials.

Logically express thoughts in English, in written and verbal form using correct grammar.

Ability to interact in a professional manner in both individual and group counseling settings. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to work with a team of professionals and have the ability to implement team strategy approaches to work assignments.

Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.
