How you create impact
The Air Logistics Revenue Care Manager is responsible for managing all operational finance activities within the air logistics department, with a focus on accurate and timely invoice production, payment processing, cost diligence, and profit maximization. They ensure key Revenue Care Center KPIs are met and continuously improved, while facilitating upstream processes with internal counterparts. The manager also identifies opportunities to enhance automation and efficiency, driving synergy across Revenue Care Center operations.

Effectively organize, train, and lead the Revenue Care Center (RCC) team, both locally and within Global Services, while ensuring alignment with global guidelines

Proactively manage and enhance Revenue Care Center (RCC) KPIs, driving performance improvements across all operational finance activities

Ensure timely execution of tasks with a strong focus on data accuracy and reliability

Lead automation initiatives and continuous improvement projects in line with corporate strategy

Oversee Forwarding Subledger (FSL) management, conduct audits, and review financial performance to identify and implement actions that boost business outcomes

Ensure accurate allocation and prompt payment of Cargo Accounts Settlement Systems (CASS) invoices

Actively reduce bad debts, deferrals, and customer billing disputes through effective engagement and resolution strategies

What we would like you to bring

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance‑related supervisory or managerial role within the freight forwarding industry

Strong background in air freight operations is required

Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial best practices

Proven track record of exceptional people leadership, with the ability to mentor, train, and develop high‑performing teams

Please note compensation within the range will depend on skills and experience as well as location. Base compensation is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data.
