Overview
We are hiring a bilingual Aging Care Manager 3 to provide protective services, social services, and referrals for older adults in our county. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish to communicate with clients, families, and community resources, ensuring that aging adults remain healthy, productive, and independent.

Responsibilities

Provide protective services for clients at risk of abuse, neglect, exploitation, or abandonment.

Investigate referrals in accordance with the Older Adult Protective Services Act, including gathering medical, psychological, and financial information.

Maintain comprehensive case records and report findings to support case resolution.

Collaborate with specialized program staff through joint home visits, case conferences, and team meetings.

Serve as an advisor to other professionals and liaise with social agencies, hospitals, courts, law enforcement, and community resources.

Maintain confidentiality standards and make recommendations for financial protection or court intervention when needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of one year as an Aging Care Manager 2, Aging Program Assessor, or equivalent; or one and a half years of professional human services, law enforcement, or nursing experience.

Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, behavioral sciences, human services, or a closely related field.

Fluent speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish with demonstration of proficiency during the probationary period.

PA residency requirement.

Ability to perform essential job functions and meet eligibility for the Older Adult Protective Services Act.

Work Schedule and Additional Information

Full‑time employment, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday, with a 60‑minute lunch break.

Telework is not available.

Salary is non‑negotiable in certain cases; additional details will be provided via email.
