Intercare Therapy provides evidence-based behavioral therapies that help children overcome challenges related to autism spectrum disorders. Responsibilities
Serve as the onsite case supervisor and leader in the field.
Master daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs.
Supervise BIs and provide education and training for client caregivers.
Travel 30 to 60 miles a day; supervise client sessions anytime between 8 AM and 6 PM on weekdays and occasionally on weekends.
Requirements
Completed Master's degree in a relevant field (BCBA preferred).
Strong ABA, program management, and clinical skills.
Excellent written and spoken communication, time‑management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with a team‑player attitude.
Bilingual skills valued.
Compensation and Benefits

$26 - $32 per hour
